I. Illustration
DCHSC based on special rubber and also blended with other additives has more special performances, such as easy processability with normal plastic extruder, reutilization, etc..
II. Application
The compound can be used for ground wire of shielded cable and filler layer.

Ⅳ. Processing condition
Ordinary plastic extruder is available.
Compression ratio of extruder: under 3:1;
Length-diameter ratio: suggested more than 20;
Temperature of extruder: 90-120℃;
Rubber extruder can also be used but the temperature should be more than 90 °C.
Ⅴ. Package & Storage
DCHSC in stripe or pellet form can be packed in carton box with PE film inside or according to customer’s requirements. The compound should be stored in clean, dry, draughty warehouse.
